Frozen Sing-a-long
We attended
Frozen Sing-a-long this month. It took
me 2 hours to transform Eloise into Elsa and Eden into a Love Expert for the
movie. I really need to set time aside
to do more sewing! J

Miss E aka
the Lil’ Tigress went up for grading this month for her solid yellow belt. She did well even though she had to wear her
mouth guard and spar with a partner for the first time in her test!
Yay Miss E!

Barbie Princess Pearl High Tea for Two
To celebrate
her successes, I took Eloise on a Mama-Daughter date to The Langham
Sydney. We took the bus in (yay! $2.50 all
day, any mode of transport) and slowly strolled through The Rocks Market,
stopping for a traditional lemonade, on our way to The Langham.
We were
escorted to our table to find it all set-up with the menu for the day, some
colouring with sharpened pencils, DIY bracelet and a new Barbie doll! Sparkling strawberry lemonade was already on
the table but before Eloise could take it all in and I got a few photos, Eloise
was being served hot chocolate with marshmallows and I had a full glass of
champagne! That is service!
Soon our tea
towers were delivered to our tables. I
thought we would share one, but I had one to myself too! Eloise was in hot chocolate and scone heaven,
while watching the Barbie Princess Pearl movie. She kept exclaiming how this was the best… I
couldn’t agree more!

She soon
made friends with Emma and Louisa who came over to colour at our table. They also played in Barbie’s corner with her
new doll.
After high
tea, we leisurely made our way back to the bus and homeward bound.
MrE hits the Terrible Two’s
… or is it
Three-anger already? It's tantrums, pushing, yada yada. I don’t even want
to talk about. Let’s just focus on how
cute he is!

MissE Says the Darnedest Things
The Walking Dead & Tooth Fairy cross-over?
MissE lost another tooth this month, while brushing her teeth. I put her tooth in her tooth bag and hung it on the door handle (if you recall, the Tooth Fairy lays eggs in ears). She came and pulled the bag tight.

Me: Why are
you closing it? How will the Tooth Fairy
get in?
MissE: Forget
about the Tooth Fairy! I am worried
about the zombies coming for my teeth!
But...
MrE loves having his tummy rubbed.
MrE: My tummy is sore! Rub my tummy!
MissE: Come here, buddy.
MrE: (Lifting up his shirt) I want tummy and tummy rubs
Me: No thanks.
MrE: But daddy does that!

Melbourne in a Day
This time it
was Melbourne in a day. It had been a
few years since I’ve been to Melbourne.
I loved exploring all the lane-ways.

MY Kitchen Rules!
My work
loves a bit of friendly competition (see my Christmas post here). We felt a bit robbed after the Deck the Halls
competition so when the Taste of Harmony
came up, we were in it to win it… and we did (judged by our VP in ANZ)!
I also had another movie night in Gold Class. Thank you, Starwood Group! The only problem with reclining lounges and
bubbles = Zzzz… just kidding, kind of.
Yay! We closed out the tapas restaurant catching
up… but were missing our 4th (Jen) and 5th, maybe next
time Cynthia can FaceTime in from the US. I wish! Miss you, Cyn!
Until next time…
