The rain pouring down.  I left during Sydney's Superstorm.
I was close to 4 hours delayed due to the airport shutting down 3 times;
twice while I was in the terminal and once while I was on the plane.
Eventually I made it.

This isn't really a Wordless Wednesday but I won't tell if you don't! For a limited time only, The Game of Thrones Exhibition is free at MCA Sydney.  I had a day off to spend with Eloise anyway, so we thought we would check it out.  We didn't know it would be a 4 hour line!  It was an event planners nightmare.  Next time, call me!

Miss Eloise was adamant on seeing the Iron Throne and the costumes even though she only knew of Game of Thrones from daddy's cake and the White Walkers from my birthday present.  I asked her several times if she wanted to leave and do something else but she insisted on staying.  She was so patient, considering I had limited snacks and no iPad (or games on my phone other than Plants v. Zombies) to help keep her entertained!

I know, technically there are supposed to be no words for a wordless post but here are a few anyway.  Today's post is from our stay at QT Resort in Port Douglas.  While we visited the resort a few years ago when it was part of the Rydges group, this was our first stay.  And boy, were we impressed with its new look.  Sexy!
